Our company has been successful because of the people that comprise it. We have all been in the trenches, and have also bore the responsibility of generating the ideas that make the buildings we create so distinctive. While there are different team members who are allocated as management, each man and woman are in charge of themselves, doing what they have to do to get the job done. Our workers hands are not tied, and are encouraged to go above and beyond for their project. In this way, Richard and Ronald have led by example, rolling up their sleeves in order to get things done. This attitude inspires the organization, a consistent feel of support, both personally and professionally.

Richard R. Pezzuco
President
It was Richard’s love of carpentry and business that got him started in the construction business. After high school, Richard proudly served as a Marine in both active duty and the reserves, learning the team-work and leadership that he would bring to Pezzuco Construction. His commercial construction experience began when working for a prominent construction company, and then a commercial builder, in Rhode Island. In 1987 he started his own sub-contracting business. By 1989, Pezzuco Construction started hitting its stride, and with the addition of his brother Ron in 1990 started to really take off.
Richard married his wife Dawne in 1992, and they live in Johnston with their three children: Natalia, Julia, and Christian. Richard is a bit of a gourmet cook and loves staying healthy by running, skiing, windsurfing, and playing tennis, but his true love is spending time with his kids– taking them to their soccer games. His children are the joy of his life. |
